This role is the perfect opportunity for a allied health professional with a background in Physiotherapy who are either experienced in occupational rehabilitation or clinicians looking to put 'down the tools' but still use your clinical knowledge and experience in a role that makes a real difference
All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply Full-time and part-time positions are available.
What you will be doing:
Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic) Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus Need more 'me time'?
