The Opportunity If you're a skilled Draftsperson or Building Designer with a knack for accuracy and a passion for residential design, this is your chance to join a reputable builder with a strong local presence.
Based in the Caloundra area, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality documentation for homes that are built to impress.

What You'll Be Doing Coordinate, produce, and deliver accurate site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations, and final construction plans Apply creative thinking to design solutions and problem-solving Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency Continue developing a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and processes What You Bring Experience drafting project homes (junior candidates considered too with strong skills) Strong knowledge of Revit and Auto CAD Basic understanding of the NCC (desirable) Tertiary qualification in Building Design or Drafting highly regarded Keen for a confidential chat about this role?
