Come shape our future with us and make a real and lasting impact across our teams.Your opportunity:Our Network Services team is looking for a highly motivated Customer Compliance Program Lead to join our expanding Operations and Maintenance group.The Operations and Maintenance group plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of water services to our customers.
We achieve this through the effective operation and maintenance of our water, wastewater, and resource recovery infrastructure.This newly established position offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a dedicated team of officers tasked with delivering a long-term, strategic compliance program.
As the Program Lead, you will drive initiatives that support regulatory compliance, customer engagement, and operational excellence across our network.You will also collaborate with both internal and external strategic stakeholders, providing valuable insights and detailed reports to support the delivery of positive outcomes for our customers, the broader community, and the business as a whole.About you:Proven experience in project, program and case management, with the ability to plan, deliver, and monitor complex initiatives aligned to organisational goals.Demonstrated capability in end-to-end compliance programs, including managing non-compliance issues and implementing effective communication methods.Strong strategic thinking with experience contributing to and executing team planning initiatives that support long-term business objectives.Leadership experience, including managing teams, building capability, and fostering high performance through coaching and mentoring.Sound knowledge of customer service standards, with the ability to resolve complex issues and drive customer-focused outcomes.Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment and shared commitment to program goals.Experience engaging with local and state government departments highly regarded.
