We're looking for an Audit Coordinator to join our team in Docklands.
Are you someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working across teams, and has a sharp eye for detail? In this role, you'll be the central link between internal teams and auditors, helping us deliver a smooth, timely and transparent audit process.
You'll play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our operations.
What you'll be doing: Coordinating internal and external audit requests across operations Collating and presenting audit information clearly and promptly Testing key administration processes against performance standards Identifying gaps, trends and opportunities for process improvement Building strong relationships with internal teams and auditors Supporting compliance with superannuation and industry regulations Presenting audit outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders What we'd love to see: Experience delivering consistent service within defined standards Strong relationship management and confident presentation skills Attention to detail with solid analytical and planning capability Familiarity with superannuation, insurance and compliance frameworks Tertiary education in Banking, Finance or Commerce is a plus Culture at MUFG Pension & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
