This role includes : Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals Providing high-level customer service to clients, brokers, underwriters, and stakeholders within tight deadlines Assisting in account management and debtor management Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and working with the Gallagher Service Centre for accurate information and process preparation Gathering client information and identifying key issues to assist brokers Ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation, policies, and procedures for external and internal clients Staying informed of industry trends through training sessions and seminars Applying best practices ethically, professionally, and with integrity To be considered, candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services industry, and: Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete it upon commencement Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills High attention to detail in administration Commitment to client service excellence Gallagher offers excellent benefits and career development opportunities, including tuition assistance, wellbeing programs, employee assistance, lifestyle leave, retail discounts, stock purchase plans, volunteering days, and superannuation options.
