Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, The Trybe, Timberland, Stylerunner, Hoka, UGG, Saucony, & Nude LucyThe Role :We're looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to lead paid digital marketing across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
You'll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through full-funnel campaign strategies across both Skechers and Dr.
Martens.This is a hands-on, performance-focused role suited to someone who thrives on data, testing, and continuous optimisation.
You'll work closely with Brand, e Commerce, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns align with trade priorities and customer goals.Reporting to the Head of e Commerce and operating as an individual contributor, you'll manage campaigns end-to-end - from audience targeting through to landing page experience, in partnership with the digital team.
You'll also help shape SEO strategy and ensure paid and organic activity are working in sync to maximise results.Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube), Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and other key platformsManage budgets and bidding strategies with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer growthBuild audience segments and use our CDP (Amperity) for precision targeting and remarketingManage Google Merchant Centre and optimise product feeds for Shopping performancePartner with brand and ecommerce teams to align campaign execution with trade calendars and customer journey improvementsDeliver actionable reporting and insights via GA4 and Looker Studio dashboardsTest and iterate on creative, copy, placements, and formats for continuous performance gainsStay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practicesStay across industry trends and platform changes to keep performance efforts future-focusedWhat we are looking for:3-5+ years' hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns in ecommerce or retailAdvanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Shopping feedsExperience managing six-figure budgets across acquisition and retention campaignsProficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and digital performance KPIsStrong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering ROAS and efficiency improvementsCollaborative and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environmentPassion for digital performance marketing, customer behaviour, and driving resultsYou'll be joining a future-focused, growth-oriented team at one of the world's most recognisable footwear brands.
