This role offers the opportunity to lead risk assessments, develop frameworks, and maximize the value of intelligence data to address emerging cyber threats.Essential Tasks:Lead and conduct proactive assessments and analyses of systems and dependencies.Perform risk-based assessments and create detailed reports following internal frameworks.Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes, frameworks, and practices.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to innovate and maximize the use of available data.Key Criteria:Minimum 5 years' experience in intelligence or cyber threat analysis environments.Proven expertise in conducting and leading Cyber Security risk or threat-based assessments.Strong research, analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.Desirable: Experience in operational cybersecurity, scripting for analysis automation, or leading teams in high-pressure environments.Location: Canberra.Contract Duration: 12 months with 12-month extension options.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
