Practice Manager

Dental Members Australia is seeking a highly experienced Practice Manager on a permanent part-time basis, working up to 4 days a week.
The Role:This is a patient-facing role, based in our dental practice. We are unable to offer work-from-home hours.
Approximately 30-38 hours per week, with practice hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We have a 4-chair practice, dedicated to high-value and complex treatment, including implants, cosmetic, and general dentistry.
Responsibilities include reception and administration, staff management, rostering, recruitment, and training as needed.
You will be responsible for appointment schedule management, ensuring smooth operations day-to-day.
Treatment coordination across several practitioners in our group and Anaesthetists is also a key aspect of the role.
We have brand-new, state-of-the-art 4-chair premises.
About You:We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, striving for best practice in all aspects of patient experience.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Dental Practice Manager in a busy general dental practice.
- Implant experience is advantageous.
- Current infection control knowledge.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
