The Role As a Full Stack Engineer at Haast, you'll build and scale features across our modern tech stack using Python, Svelte, and Fast API.
Your work will directly impact our platform's ability to process thousands of compliance assets daily while maintaining our rapid growth trajectory.
We're looking for someone who's excited about building intuitive interfaces and robust backend systems that power our AI compliance engine.
Impact You'll Make Architect and develop new features in our Python/Svelte platformBuild and maintain our Fast API-powered web servicesCreate seamless integrations with enterprise client systemsOptimize Postgre SQL database performance and query efficiencyDrive improvements in our automated testing and CI/CD pipelinesMentor team members while helping maintain high code quality standards What You'll Bring Must Have: 3+ years of full stack development experienceStrong proficiency in Python and Java ScriptExperience with modern web frameworks and architectural patternsSolid understanding of Postgre SQL and database optimizationTrack record of building scalable web applicationsExperience with search technologies Nice to Have: Fast API and Svelte experienceStartup or high-growth environment experienceAWS cloud platform expertiseInterest in AI/ML systemsExperience with Git Hub Actions and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks Why Haast?
