Who are we looking for?We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Customer Service Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.
Based at our head office in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, we are looking for someone who embodies our company motto, "The Sound of Change." If you're passionate about customer service, have a proven track record in the apparel and/or swimwear industry, and are ready to make an impact, this could be the role for you This is a maternity cover contract with a duration of 12-months, with an opportunity to extend or transition into permanent.

Key responsibilities:

Managing daily customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions across various channels (email, live chat, phone).
Using Shopify and Gorgias to track and manage customer orders, returns, and general inquiries.
Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions.
Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and helping to implement them.

Key requirements:

Previous experience working in a customer service role, ideally in e-commerce.
Familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias (or similar platforms) is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a knack for multitasking.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
A positive, customer-first mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
