What we offer As the Senior Manager Innovation you will be tasked with improving operational efficiency through innovative solutions and technology enhancements, increasing revenue while enhancing the guest experience across all departments.
What will you do? Define the long-term innovation vision and strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, improving guest experiences, and ensuring competitive differentiation in the market.Develop a roadmap for innovation initiatives, detailing project timelines, resources, and expected outcomes.
Ensure that the roadmap addresses both short-term needs and long-term growth objectives.Build a strong relationship with the client to align our goals, and explore immersive experiences that surprise and delight guests across multiple functions.Work closely with external vendors and service providers to negotiate terms, secure competitive pricing, and ensure smooth integration of external solutions.Support operational teams with training and implementation of new systems and tech solutions.Identify emerging trends and new technologies to introduce solutions that create personalised and immersive guest experiences such as AI, Io T, and mobile solutions.
More about you Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on innovation, technology integration, or project management.Proven track record of successfully managing innovation or transformation projects.Strong understanding of the latest hospitality trends, guest preferences, and technological advancements.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Creative and forward-thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for new services or improvements.Strong communication and presentation skills to convey innovative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with design thinking and agile project management methodologies is a plus.
