Job Title: Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack prescriptions and prepare medication orders for patients and healthcare providers with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of inventory, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Unpack, check, and shelve incoming stock deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Perform regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Ensure storage areas meet safety, hygiene, and compliance standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Assist with general housekeeping to keep the pharmacy organized and efficient, supporting the pharmacy team with additional tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A good eye for detail and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Full Australian working rights (citizenship, residency, or valid working visa).
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
