Service Receiptionist

Gunnings Automotive Group is a franchise dealer for Toyota, Mazda, Isuzu Ute and Kia in Kadina. The position we are looking to fill is located in our modern well-equipped Service Department.

The Service Receptionist plays a pivotal role as the primary point of contact between customers and our dealership, handling various tasks related to vehicle repair and maintenance, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Taking enquiries and service bookings from clients
• Creating and maintaining accurate repair orders, including invoicing
• Liaising with guests throughout the repair process, ensuring timely communication and updates
• Contributing to a positive team environment
• Managing warranty administration

Requirements

• Basic understanding of vehicle and mechanical knowledge (not mandatory)
• Full training will be provided on-site
• A valid Driver's Licence is essential
