This role is pivotal in overseeing the pre-opening phase of the hotel - from setting up the kitchen, establishing menus, and building the team - through to leading daily culinary operations once the hotel opens.You'll be responsible for delivering an on-brand, flavour-forward experience that celebrates local produce, sustainability, and individuality.
