Manager - Employee Relations And Investigations

As part of the People and Culture Leadership Team, this role provides strategic leadership, expert advice, and drives change across enterprise agreements, investigations, and workplace relations.
Lead a high-performing ER and Investigations team, offering strategic guidance on workforce and industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, and complex investigations.Key ResponsibilitiesAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will be a technical expert, with a master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field-or extensive experience in a similar discipline.
You will have solid experience managing a team and delegating workloads.
You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a unionised environment, negotiating with unions and creating commercial, enterprise-wide strategies.
You will be able to make strong relationships with stakeholders, to ensure strategies meet the business needs and have a strong commercial lens.
You will be excited by the hands-on element of the role, showing initiative and drive, to ensure the team is operating at its best.About the organisationWhy BCE?
