The Role: Site Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a local bridge & road upgrade project in Taree.

This role requires expertise in delivering bridges according to TfNSW specifications.

Your Impact

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our project teams deliver quality results on time, on budget, and with safety as our top priority.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities and act as a point of escalation for critical events.
  • Manage subcontractor packages and coordinate between work fronts and disciplines.
  • Coordinate material delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct quality inspections and review works, including ITP completion.
  • Track progress and productivity, and provide input to program updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' relevant civil construction experience.
  • Experience working with TfNSW specifications across bridges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Driver's license and own transport.
  • Flexibility with working away from home.
