Your role will be key in driving the implementation of our Aurecon Leadership Succession Planning Framework, ensuring that our leaders are identified, developed, and matched to the right opportunities, projects, and clients.
Your work will drive a shift towards fostering a culture of Internal First, enhancing internal talent mobility, and delivering meaningful career progression for our people.
By collaborating with senior leaders and our Careers & Talent Leadership Team, you'll align our talent management efforts with the broader strategic goals of the business.
Your Role Will Include Lead the design and implementation of our Talent & Succession approach, ensuring alignment with Aurecon's strategic goals.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Skills & Workforce Planning, and People teams to ensure cohesive strategy alignment.
Drive the evolution of Aurecon's Internal Talent Marketplace and Careers Framework, incorporating design thinking and stakeholder input.
Collaborate with People Managers to identify business-critical roles and match them to high-impact talent.
Develop talent pools, succession plans, and gap-reduction strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Support the continuous improvement of our Talent Marketplace, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance talent mobility.
Facilitate leadership discussions, workshops, and consultations to drive strategic alignment and ensure the development of future leaders.
Implement communication strategies to promote internal talent opportunities and support career development across the business.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on platforms such as Workday Career Hub and Linked In, ensuring effective usage and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and career framework strategies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of influencing and collaborating across the business.
Expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within talent management, driving diverse talent pools.
Advanced proficiency in Workday Career Hub, Linked In Recruiter, MS365, and Linked In Learning.
Experience in AI tools such as Recall, Chat GPT, and Co-Pilot, with strong project management experience (Jira preferred).
Proficiency in design thinking and collaboration platforms like Miro, with workshop facilitation experience.
Strong analytical skills, with a commercial focus and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
