About the Role

TAFE Gippsland is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on a key leadership role position within our Educational Delivery team. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of educators, fostering a positive, high-performance culture focused on student success. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training that supports strong student engagement, retention and achievement outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the program area – from curriculum design and delivery through to evaluation and quality assurance.
  • Identify and develop new training opportunities aligned to industry and community needs across the Gippsland region.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Rlevant vocational qualification in community services or related field (desirable).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong capability in mentoring, coaching and performance development.
