Your primary market will be Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands offering clients exceptional advertising reach across 5 radio stations.
Collectively our stations attract a vast listening audience stretching north of Cairns, south of Townsville, the Great Barrier Reef and west to the Gulf.

The Role: As an Account Manager reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through advertising sales.
You will work closely with local and national businesses, helping them to effectively promote their brand through radio advertising across our stations 4 AM, 4 KZ, Kool FM, KIK 88.7 and 4 AY.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present tailored advertising solutions to clients, ensuring they meet their marketing objectives.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in sales, ideally within media, advertising, or radio (but we are open to talent from other sectors as well).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
