We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join one of the industry's most highly regarded offices, responsible principally for the management of a well-established and maintained Commercial/Industrial portfolio.
This is a fast-paced and busy role in an excellent working environment with the benefit of experienced support assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Meticulous management of well-maintained portfolio Ability to identify and convert opportunities into managements Attending tribunal, mediation, and/or litigious matters Property inspections Leasing opportunity also available with incentive Processing rent reviews and increases Contract and arrears management Repairs & maintenance scheduling Working in harmony with a professional proactive team Maintaining market pricing knowledge and changes to legislation affecting your area of responsibility Create business opportunities Adhere to Industry compliance & auditing No general trust accounting is required Your application will be assisted if you have the following: A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Evidence of previous commercial portfolio management experience Your own vehicle & a valid driver's license Proficient knowledge of property management and database software The successful applicant will need Strong communication skills including meticulous follow-up and keeping clients informed of circumstances Well-groomed presentation, pleasant manner, proactive approach & punctual Works competently and well under pressure Impeccable communication, both written and verbal skills Great organisational and time management skills (including ability to prioritise) Ability to competently deal with conflict resolution whilst demonstrating diplomacy Exemplifies confidence including competent legislative understanding Self-confidence and motivation Attractive remuneration package (based on previous experience and qualifications) plus bonuses Modern offices and systems Friendly environment Experienced support assistance Work Hours The successful applicant is required to work for 5 days per week (Monday to Friday only).
