Salary: SRN Level 3 - $131,733 per annum (Plus 11.5% Superannuation)Location: AlbanyUnit/Division: WACHS - Great Southern Great Southern Population Health - Community Health Service - NursingThis is a Fixed Term - Part Time appointment at 60.80 hours per fortnight until 03/05/2026 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse Manager - Community Health provides professional leadership with a strong emphasis on innovative change in order to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.Acts as a consultant and team leader to provide clinical support and guidance to the school health nursing team.
Is responsible for the standard of nursing practice within school health and community immunisation programs.Manages human and physical resources and provides leadership in policy development, planning, and service evaluation.
