Do you enjoy data analysis and controlling? Do you prioritize accurate reports?Who You AreYou will collaborate with the team on analyzing valuation reports.
Your goal is to learn the valuation process, timing, and assumptions.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will learn to manage the evaluation process and reports.
Qualifications Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics1-3 years of experience in real estateStrong interest in the real estate sectorFamiliarity with valuation processesB2 level English proficiencyProficiency with Office Suite, especially ExcelGood attitude towards teamworkWilling to conduct inspections throughout ItalyNice to have: experience in reporting activities
