Health Partners has been embarking on an innovative digital transformation to support our strategic plan, and with a number of exciting projects in the works we're looking for a Business Analyst to join the team and help us to deliver these with maximum value addKey Responsibilities Be involved in the successful delivery of projects by capturing clear business requirements, mapping current and future state processes, developing compelling user stories, and supporting user testing and business process reengineering.
Turn data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and accelerate impactful change.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including Project Managers and User Experience team members to ensure alignment, engagement and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
Keep program leadership informed through clear, timely updates and progress reporting to the Head of Project Office, Data & Procurement.
About You You're someone looking for their next challenge.
You're passionate about connecting with people and optimising outcomes.
You'll also have: At least three years' experience as a Business Analyst.
You'll have demonstrated experience working on customer-facing programs and projects and high-level interpersonal skills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
You're innovative, self-driven and you have the initiative and ability to work under broad direction in a team environment on complex tasks.
You're able to bounce-off ideas and collaborate with a team of like-minded people.
