About the role: As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience for clients whilst at Calvary Community Care.

As a registered nurse you will work within a back to base model, supporting our clients across Launceston with their nursing care needs.

Your main duties will include: Working as part of a team to deliver, nursing assessments, clinical care and evaluations Supporting the Home Care clients with their clinical needs including clinical care plan reviews About you: A Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering clinical care and management to our elders in their homes Bachelor of Nursing Current AHPRA Registration Drivers licence and Comprehensive Insurance First Aid Level 2 & CPRFor further information please contact Vic Tas.
