To us, it's personal.About the role:Home Instead is looking for a Business Development Manager to perform a variety of duties to drive business growth for our Melbourne Inner South & Bayside office.
The role will require the successful candidate to maintain and enhance the Home Instead brand through referral channels, marketing, and research while building trust and long-lasting relationships within the community.Why Join Us?Birthday Day OffA rewarding career where you can make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.Opportunity to gain valuable HR experience.About you:Experience in aged care highly desirable but not required.Experience in sales, networking, or business development.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships.Key Responsibilities:Research, identify and build relationships with new Referral Providers according to the established goals and annual networking plan.Conduct one-on-one meetings and group presentations, using presentations and print materials to educate and inform referral providers about home care services and Home Instead.Maintain accurate records of all contact details, notes on every interaction, and all networking activities.Manage client onboarding processes including intake paperwork and referrals to care management teams.Applicants must have a permanent right to work in Australia with no restrictions.
