The Laundry Attendant is a key member of the Housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

Key Responsibilities:- Take direction from supervisors and maintain a proactive approach to ensure efficient laundry operations.
- Interact with guests in a professional manner and address their requests in a timely manner.
- Be familiar with hotel facilities and services to promote the hotel and respond to guest inquiries.
- Follow checklists and report any difficulties to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain the protection and integrity of operating equipment.
- Clean and maintain the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with regular stock taking and ensure that service areas are fully stocked, clean, and tidy at all times.
- Report any unusual situations or potential health and safety hazards to supervisors.
- Aware, attentive, and focused.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Physical fitness to cope with a labour-intensive operation.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and treat guests from diverse cultural backgrounds with respect.
