We are currently looking for a driven Branch Manager to join our team working in our retail branch in Wangaratta.

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations and staffing, including:

Customer & Supplier Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with customers and suppliers.

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a dedicated team, with responsibility for recruitment, performance, and staff development.

Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, review financial reports, and forecast stock requirements.

Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the business and contribute to strategic development.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure branch compliance with WH&S standards and Agsafe program requirements.

What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in retail/branch management, ideally from within the agriculture sector or a closely related industry.
Strong budget management skills, including forecasting and revenue responsibility.
A hands-on approach to team engagement and professional development for your team.
A passion for the rural community and agricultural industry and an understanding of their unique needs.

Experienced in Stock Control & Purchasing: Familiar with inventory management and procurement
People Leadership: Comfortable managing and supporting a team.
Commercially Minded: Able to make business-savvy decisions.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with POS and stock/finance IT systems.
Good Communicator: Enjoys leading and engaging with people.

Additional Requirements:
A current driver's license.
Australian or NZ citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
A forklift licence (can be acquired after starting the role if not already held).
