About the Role

Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes support children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive. As a Team Leader, you will provide strong leadership to a team of Caseworkers and Support Workers, coordinating the day-to-day provision of support and services for children, young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of a Manager, provide leadership to a team of Caseworkers and Support Workers.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day provision of support and services for children, young people and their families.
  • Work with clinical staff to ensure children and young people are safe and that their social, emotional and physical health and education is improved.
About You
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Diploma in Social Sciences / Social Welfare or equivalent.
  • Proven effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation and resolution skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Drivers Licence.
