Drive an established caseload supporting job seekers to key milestones.
Engage with new job seekers through setting clear expectations and goals to achieve success.Confidently engage with both existing and new employer contacts and influence them to hire our job seekers.
Provide solutions to barriers enabling sustainability within each individual's employment opportunity.
The work is high-paced and KPI driven yet rewarding.Our Queanbeyan office is up to date with modern technology.
Duties Get job seekers into jobsCollaborate with the community to support job seekersUpdate systems and file case notes in line with processes and expected timeframesGenerate leads and source vacanciesDeliver on KPIs in a high-paced environmentComprehensive onboarding and staff development programWork laptops for all employeesValues based reward programFlexible working environment with a focus on work-life balancePerformance-based bonusesBirthday leaveAdditional week of leave after 3 years of serviceSureway Employment and Training lead the industry in Workforce Australia Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens.
