Due to the continued growth of our firm, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our boutique practice.

About the Role
Reporting to a highly reputable Principal you will be a key member of our team, engaging in a diverse range of matters, including:

Sale and purchase of commercial real estate
Office, retail, and industrial leasing
Negotiating and drafting contract documents
Commercial and residential property development
General commercial property work
Business sales and purchases

About you
To excel in this role, you will need:

3-5 years of post-admission experience (PAE)
A commitment to producing high-quality work
A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency in computer-based software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, LEAP)
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage conflicting deadlines
