This role provides a unique opportunity for an experienced leader with innovative customer experience and venue management expertise to lead change that delivers impact, while actively supporting and developing a high-performing customer focused team to enhance service delivery and engagement.
Importantly the Team Leader Library Experience will champion the creation of a dynamic, community-driven team culture that supports inclusive customer experiences through a range of services and platforms.
About You You are a creative and innovative leader who thrives in an interesting and diverse role leading a team in successfully delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your leadership and communication skills will have you leading innovative projects across the Libraries & Learning team including improving customer journeys, coaching and supporting staff development, ensuring inclusive design and activation of public spaces.
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in library and information services, business or project management, or an equivalent combination of relevant contemporary experience in cultural facility or venue management.
You will have demonstrated experience supporting a culture of continuous improvement and the development and delivery of customer centric service delivery with a focus on digital experiences, inclusive practices and workforce capability and performance development.
You will also have a Working With Children's Check or the willingness to obtain one.
Benefits This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week with a salary range of $95,236 - $105,712 per year based on demonstrated competencies + 11.5% p.a.
