Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Store Manager will achieve sales targets by motivating, inspiring, and guiding a team to enhance the customer service experience and drive sales.
Our business includes a full commercial kitchen, barista-style coffee, and retail shop floor.
The successful applicant will focus on achieving and exceeding store and personal sales targets, primarily through Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities include: Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets, and meet other Key Performance Indicators Inspire and motivate team members while leading by example Recruit and train new staff members Work closely with HR for workplace management requirements Ensure compliance with all WHS/HSSE requirements Facilitate efficient store operations, including stock control, ordering, managing costs, and financial reporting Resolve daily operational issues related to customer service Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet store budgets through effective rostering and cost control Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively Maintain food safety standards in line with our food safety plan The successful applicant will: Be available to work weekends when required and undertake regular operational tasks Have a proven record of leading a team, delivering results, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards Have at least 4 years of management experience in Pub, Club, Retail, or Multi-Format Stores Demonstrate experience in a customer-focused role Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Have strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing a large kitchen or restaurant business The selection process includes: Multiple interviews National Police Check Possible medical checks Reference checks Applicants should include a cover letter with their resume.
