This is a key leadership role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the growth and success of a Gastroenterology portfolio within Australia.
This is an established portfolio with strong foundations – but what makes this even more exciting is the robust pipeline across several high-potential and emerging therapy areas .

As National Sales Manager, you'll lead, inspire and manage a national specialty sales team, driving performance, rolling out commercial strategy, and building strong relationships with key healthcare providers across the country.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing national sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Build and execute strategic business plans aligned with broader company goals Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of commercial initiatives Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor movements, offering insights and recommendations What you bring: Proven success as a National or Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical space A track record of consistently delivering results and leading high-performing teams Strategic thinking and the ability to execute on commercial goals Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills If you're a passionate, people-focused leader who thrives on delivering impact, this could be your next big move.
