Your new role As the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing onsite construction activities, with a strong focus on quality, meeting deadlines, and hitting targets.
You'll also ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Competently manage projects, focusing on quality, time, and cost targets.
Oversee Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) on projects to meet and exceed HSE and welfare obligations, promoting a strong safety culture.
Achieve high levels of stakeholder satisfaction, including clients.
Provide leadership to the project team and contractors, motivating and engaging them.
Encourage staff development and mentoring.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a Site Manager, leading a team in the delivery of large-scale commercial projects, with strength in HSE, programming, cost management, quality management and subcontractor management.
Experience in the delivery of Class 2 or Class 3 building projects is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
