We are a leading provider of reproductive and sexual health services to people in Queensland, committed to improving reproductive and sexual health and promoting safe and respectful relationships.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering information, education, and training focused on reproductive and sexual health within the sector. You will maintain statistical data on the education programs delivered, systematically recording client and customer feedback evaluations to inform continuous improvement.

You will contribute to the development of program content for education, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of stakeholders and aligns with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver educational programs on reproductive and sexual health
  • Evaluate programs for their impact and outcomes
  • Maintain statistical data and client feedback
  • Develop program content for education

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in education and/or community education and training
  • Tertiary qualifications in education, social work/human services, health, community development or other related field
  • Experience in school-based and/or community education and training
  • Skills in program development, delivery, and evaluation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft and online learning systems
