As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues.

Manage integrations with external systems (e.g., IDMS, JSLT, Power Platform).
Support data migration, environment setup, and release management.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide tier-3 support and root cause analysis for production issues.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Fn O architecture and development tools.
Experience with LCS, Azure Dev Ops, and data entities.
Programming skills are useful, preferably in C++ or C# development - basic knowledge (ability to read code and write simple programs) Understanding of IIS, troubleshooting website issues, HTTP responses Network debugging skills (Fiddler, Network Monitor , Wireshark , Message Analyzer) Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory Strong debugging and performance tuning skills Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
