Overview Head of Practice Baptist Care seeks a Head of Practice to lead practice excellence across our community services, housing and aged care programs.
Reporting to the General Manager - Practice, Clinical Care and Governance, you'll lead a high-performing team of senior practitioners and partner with leaders across Baptist Care to drive best practice care at every level of the organisation.
This is a national-based role with a requirement to travel as needed.
Responsibilities Leading design and implementation of national practice models aligned with trauma-informed and person-centred principles Develop practice tools and resources supporting consistent, high-quality frontline delivery Support innovation and continuous improvement in service models and practice delivery Build strong partnerships with operational leaders, governance teams, and external partners Oversee supervision frameworks and specialist consultation models across all programs Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards Provide values-aligned leadership to a team of practice and governance specialists About You Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, allied health, or related field Senior leadership experience in practice oversight within community, aged care, or housing sectors Proven track record developing evidence-informed practice models Strong capability leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing frameworks Understanding of legislative and regulatory environments across our service sectors Commitment to Baptist Care's Christian values and inclusive approach to service delivery About us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as Baptist Care.
