About the team The Deloitte Consulting Operations and Business Transformation team works with leading executives both in Australia and internationally who are faced with the requirement to transform operations, increase productivity, restructure lower costs and optimize workforce and assets to remain competitive.
Our practice specialises in turning strategies into measurable and sustained results.
In response to market demands for critical thinkers who can solve complex business problems, our team is growing rapidly.
Our clients face challenges ranging from transformation in response to market conditions to disruption from technology advances such as AI, Automation and Process Mining, enabling us to overhaul customer experience and operational efficiencies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with extensive advisory and transformation/change experience in the financial services, especially banking industry.
Ideally, you will also have the following: Over 4+ years of experience in a Strategy & Operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or an FSI organisation.
Led the implementation of process mining initiatives to uncover insights, diagnose inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance for banking clients.
Worked closely with client teams to understand strategic objectives, align project outcomes with business goals, and ensure successful project delivery.
Analyzed data from client processes to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging advanced process mining technologies and methodologies.
Provided expertise on process improvement, guiding clients in adopting and optimizing new practices for enhanced efficiency.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Supported business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and nurturing client relationships within the banking and financial services industries.
Key Requirements : Banking or Insurance Sector Experience: Relevant experience working within or consulting for the banking or insurance sectors.
Process Mining Expertise: Proficiency in process mining techniques, tools, and technologies, with experience in applying these methodologies to drive operational improvements.
Consulting Experience: Prior experience in strategy, transformation, or operations consulting, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear, actionable way to senior stakeholders.
