The program :2-year program: Complete a Master of Teaching (Secondary) with an option to extend to 3 years.
Earn while you learn: $62,000 - $72,000 per year plus additional financial support, depending on the placement location.
Teach where you are needed: Contribute to a school that serves a low socioeconomic community.
Coaching and mentoring: Receive wrap-around support and coaching from experienced professionals.
Find connection: Join our 1,600-strong Alumni network; become a crucial part of your school's community.

Beyond the classroom, this program equips you with the skills to drive change in education, policy, and beyond – preparing you for a career of impact, wherever you choose to lead.
About you : Before you apply for the Leadership Development Program, you'll need to : Be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a discipline other than teaching.
Be able to enrol in at least one learning area, depending on the subject.
Be willing to accept a placement within a State or Territory where we currently operate.
Please note that we close learning areas progressively as we meet demand.
