Role OverviewWe're looking for shift supervisors to manage our operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality, and safety standards. You'll lead people through coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences. You'll maintain a positive culture and well-presented, clean, and safe restaurant while utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operations on shift to meet high brand, customer promise, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead people through coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive culture and well-presented, clean, and safe restaurant.
