What You'll Do Our Restaurant Managers take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.
Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievances Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
