Coles Local is an established concept within the Coles fleet with multiple Coles Local stores operating across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

Reporting to the Store Manager you will take pride in contributing to a store which is encouraging, warm and welcoming for our team, customers and community members.

About you and your skills
Lead, coach and develop your team
Recognise and celebrate success
Take a team approach to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
Inspire customers through presentation, merchandising and stock management
Always look to simplify processes and meet audit and compliance standards
Care passionately about providing a safe environment for our team and customers
Be the point of contact within the store while the Store Manager is off duty or off-site
Support all departments and provide coaching and guidance
Be bold and act with pace while ensuring quality of service and products
