Moolarben Coal mine is Australia's largest thermal coal producer and has both Underground and Open cut operations producing over 21 million tpa.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team based at Open Cut Stores, on site at Moolarben Coal Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain excellent customer service.
Perform a range of general warehouse duties.
Receive and dispatch goods.
Co-ordinate all logistics for major components to and from site.
Provide direct feedback for the inventory control of all stock.
Work with OEM and site resources, and other internal stakeholders to meet credit and returns deadlines.
This role is day shift only, operating on the lifestyle roster.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current forklift ticket.

Desirable

Proven experience in a similar role.
Experience in inventory control and stock takes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of computer skills, with knowledge of SAP and Excel.
