Senior Consultant, Digital Content Producer Melbourne(i.e.,) is currently looking for a Senior Consultant – Digital Content Producer to join the team and lead the delivery of high-quality, user-focused digital experiences, with a strong emphasis on Sitecore CMS, content design, and content strategy.
You'll be working across complex, multi-agency environments — ideally leveraging your experience in the automotive sector — to produce digital solutions that are technically sound, strategically aligned, and customer-centric.

About the opportunity We are seeking a highly capable Senior Digital Producer to join our team, bringing strong expertise in Sitecore CMS and a strategic understanding of content design and content strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, user-focused digital experiences — ideally leveraging your experience within the automotive sector.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, business analysts, content strategists and producers, data analysts, and client stakeholders to manage and produce digital solutions that are not only technically sound but also grounded in content and customer experience best practice.
Key Responsibilities Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on Sitecore, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brief and to budget.
Translate business and user needs into structured digital production workflows, managing sprints, QA, approvals, and go-live.
Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to shape experiences that are intuitive, effective, and aligned to brand strategy.
Partner with content strategists and creators to oversee the planning, production, and migration of content within Sitecore.
Champion a user-first mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
Apply agile and/or hybrid project methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
This role also plays an important part in navigating and coordinating across a multi-agency environment — fostering seamless collaboration with partner agencies to ensure alignment, delivery consistency, and a shared focus on client outcomes.
Maintain a strong understanding of automotive industry digital trends, to inform project decisions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, facilitating their learning and growth.
Manages expectations of clients, building transparent and trusted relationships that allow the candid discussion of timelines, scope and costs.
Provides and seeks out candid, prompt and considered feedback from team members to create a trusted environment of growth.
Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Digital Producer or Senior Producer, with hands-on delivery using Sitecore CMS (essential).
Strong working knowledge of content management, page templates, component structures, and governance in Sitecore or other enterprise-level CMS (essential)Background or understanding in content strategy or content design, with ability to shape and support scalable, on-brand digital content.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams, clients and external partners.
Confident in navigating and coordinating across agency partners and delivery teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
Comfortable managing complex digital builds involving multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
Ideally, experience working in or for automotive brands, with knowledge of the customer decision journey in this sector.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a calm approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g.
GA4, Hotjar) to support content and UX decision-making.
Has experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
