Team Lead, Global Customer Care, ANZSmith & Nephew develops technology to break health barriers, empowering people from farmworkers to grandparents to accept limitless possibilities.

This role involves managing a team of Customer Care professionals to deliver optimal outcomes for patients and ensuring the team understands their critical role in providing products and services to Healthcare Professionals and patients.
Responsibilities include: Managing customer care activities such as call handling, quotations, sales orders, loan/rental, billing, credits, invoice queries, and customer returns for the Australia and New Zealand Commercial organisation.
Collaborating with the Senior Manager for Customer Care and team members to foster a positive, collaborative team culture and support Business Unit objectives.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and other relevant quality standards and regulations concerning Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.
Proactively communicating with stakeholders to identify development opportunities and leveraging technology to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications for success: A Bachelor's degree in business, communication, life sciences, or related fields is desirable.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service leadership, preferably within a healthcare organization.
Competency in SAP ERP system and experience in order management and processing.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and solve problems effectively.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
