Who is Team Kids?Team Kids is the premier provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia.
We aim to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
Job Description This permanent, full-time role offers flexibility to work from home for administrative hours between service times.
You'll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager to ensure your success.
Service Location: Ashburton, 3147 Responsibilities include managing the Pack-Up & Set-Up Program, overseeing split shifts from Monday to Friday, and leading a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program.
The Role - Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting ImpactAs a Director of Service (Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create engaging activities, supervise children, and build relationships with schools and the community while managing service compliance and medical documentation.

Relevant Diploma qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
