App packaging & deployment: Package (MSIX/Win32), test and deploy via Intune (and/or Endpoint Configuration Manager/MECM).
Intune/Endpoint management: Policies, compliance, Conditional Access, baselines, Autopilot, app and update rings.
Lifecycle & patching: Provisioning, configuration, monthly patching, and Windows version upgrades with minimal disruption.
Security controls: Bit Locker, Defender policies, hardening and secure baselines mapped to public-sector standards.
Automation: Power Shell (and related tooling) to automate builds, config, and remediation.
Troubleshooting: L3 escalation for SOE, application, and deployment issues; clear runbooks/docs.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams; support non-Windows endpoints where required.
Skills & Experience5+ years in Windows Endpoint Management/SOE engineering.
Proven SOE build, application packaging, and Intune (deploying builds) experience; MECM/SCCM a plus.
Strong Power Shell, GPO/baselines, Defender, Bit Locker; public-sector compliance exposure (ISM/E8/ISO).
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation.
Clearance Australian Citizen with active NV1 (or higher) security clearance is mandatory.
