It Deployment Technicians

You MUST have the right to work in Australia.

Immediate start for successful candidates.
$34/hr + super, working Monday to Friday.
This role will be working within Queensland Health so you will need certain vaccinations listed below.
If you do not have them we will still consider your application on the basis you are prepared to get vaccinated.
We will only ask for this if you are successful and will reimburse the cost after you commence working with us.
The mandatory vaccines below: Hepatitis B MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Varicella (Chickenpox) Pertussis (Whooping cough) In this hands-on role, you will work in pairs at hospitals located in Cairns.
You will be working 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday, morning starts.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include Following a technical scope of work such as a deployment checklist.
Build or reimage Dell / HP desktops and laptops Work with mobile devices such as phones, PDA's and other devices.
Provide post installation support to end users and help confirm the functionality of applications and settings In order to be considered for this role, you will need the following: Previous experience in a Deployment role or similar Familiar with mobile devices, Windows 7, 10 and 11 Operating systems Ability to work autonomously A good communicator with end users and stakeholders Adhere to Queensland Health Facial Hair commitment due to PPE fitment requirements Wear PPE as described and provided by Queensland Health Most importantly you must have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Good time management, communication, and collaboration skills are important, along with the ability to work independently.
