We believe in supporting our people to grow, serving our customers and each other, operating sustainably, and committing to excellence every day.About The RoleWe are seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our busy Cheltenham warehouse.

Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods inwards, despatch, inventory management, and stockflow.
Complete warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics (DIFOT, AOT, order accuracy) and drive process improvements.
Ensure compliance with OH&S, quality, and sustainability standards.
Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping and safety.
Collaborate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
About YouProven experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver results.
Experience with Business Central (BC) and RF scanning software (Tasklet, JDA or Manhattan) is highly regarded.
Forklift Licence (LF) required.
