About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values its team members and prioritizes resident care. You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social, and emotional support to residents, ensuring their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining dignity and privacy.
  • Mobility Support: Help residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions.
  • Monitoring Health: Observe and report any changes in health or behavior.
  • Meal Assistance: Support residents with dietary requirements and assist with eating.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of care provided, observations, and changes in condition on eCase.
  • Collaboration: Work with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure best possible care.
Requirements:
  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing): Equivalent certification required.
  • Adaptable: Passionate and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative: Skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly Communication: Effective communication abilities.
